The normal minimum rental is 4 days. The deposit and expected rental amount are paid no later than vehicle collection, using the agreed payment method.
The car detail shows day rates and the refundable deposit. The confirmed booking and rental agreement state the binding total, insurance deductible and any individual conditions.
Collect and return the vehicle at the agreed place and time. Return it clean and with at least the same fuel level. A late return may be charged under the agreement.
Journeys abroad are currently suspended. Crossing the border is possible only if a future written exception is agreed in advance together with suitable assistance coverage.
Stop safely, call the police when an accident or damage occurs, document the situation and contact the rental company immediately. Do not arrange repairs without approval.
Use the correct fuel. Smoking is prohibited. Animals require an explicit prior exception. Protect the car, keys, documents and valuables against loss or theft.
The renter pays fines and consequences of traffic offences during the rental. The vehicle must not be handed to an unauthorised person or used contrary to the agreement.
