What to know before making a booking enquiry

Answers about documents, minimum period, deposit, rates, collection, foreign travel, accidents and vehicle return.

01What documents do I need?

We normally require at least two valid identity documents, typically an ID card or passport and a driving licence. Additional verification may be requested in justified cases.

02What is the minimum rental period?

The standard minimum rental period is 4 days. The car data and confirmed booking state any vehicle-specific exception.

03When can I collect the car?

Collection is by prior reservation during opening hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–17:00, Fri 09:00–15:00, Sat–Sun closed.

04Are the displayed rates final?

The website shows day rates by rental length. We confirm the exact total, specific vehicle and collection point for your dates. The rental agreement is binding.

05Is there a refundable deposit?

Yes. The deposit is shown for each car and is paid at collection together with the expected rental amount.

06Is mileage limited?

The listed vehicles normally include unlimited mileage unless the confirmed booking or rental agreement states otherwise.

07Can I take the car abroad?

Journeys outside the Czech Republic are currently suspended. Do not cross the border without a prior written agreement.

08What should I do after an accident?

Stop safely, secure the scene, call the police, document the situation and contact the rental company immediately.

09How should I return the car?

Return the car at the agreed time, clean and with at least the same fuel level as at collection. Report any damage before returning it.

10Are smoking and animals allowed?

Smoking and transporting animals are prohibited.

11How can I pay?

Payment is accepted in cash only.

12Can another person drive the car?

Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Tell us about every intended driver before collection.
